Cikolatali Cupcake/Chocolate Cupcake (Easy)




Herkese merhaba.
Ilk yayinim icin favori cupcake tarifimi paylasmaya karar verdim. Bu tarifin benim icin ayrica bir onemi var, tarif benim cupcake maceramda denedigim ilk tarif.
Yeni baslayanlar icin yada hizlica basarili bir cupcake yapmak isteyenler icin cok guvenilir bir tarif.

So I decided to share my favorite recipe for the first post. This is also very important for me; this cupcake recipe is one my first try at my cupcake adventure.
It is very trustful for beginners and fast going lovers.

MALZEMELER/INGREDIENTS

3 YUMURTA (EGGS)
330 GR TOZŞEKER (GRANULATED SUGAR)
165 GR TEREYAĞI (SOFTNED UNSULTED BUTTER)
75GR KAKAO
80GR ÇİKOLATA (CHOCOLATE)
300GR UN (FLOUR)                  
200 ML SÜT (MILK)
1 FİSKE TUZ (SALT)
1 PAKET KARBONAT (1table spoon CARBONATE)
1/2 PAKET KABARTMA TOZU (1/2 table spoon BAKING POWDER)

IC KREMA ICIN (FOR CAKE CREAM)

200 GR LABNE, (something like Kraft’s PHILADELPHIA soft cheese)
200 GR NUTELLA Mutlaka nutella kullanilmali aksi takdirde krema karismiyor. (It should be exactly nutella otherwise cream cant be mixed)

HAZIRLANISI

Oncelikle Nutella ve labneyi mixer yardimiyla karistirin ve sogumasi icin buzdolabina koyun.
Tereyagi sekerle cirpip yumurtalari tek tek kiriniz(her yumurta icin karistirip ardindan diger yumurtayi ekleyiniz)
Kuru malzemelerin tumunu ayri bir kapta karistirip seker/tereyagi/yumurta karisimina ekleyin.
Eger karisiminiz koyu ise dogru yoldasiniz.
Yavas yavas karisimin icine sutu ekleyiniz, sut karisimi inceltecek.
Ayri bir kapta cikolatayi rendeleyin ve karisimin icine ekleyin ancak mixerle degil bir kasik yardimiyla karistirin.
Bu noktada cupcake isinin neredeyse yarisini tamamladiniz
Karisimi muffin kaliplarina 1 parmak kalinliginda olacak sekilde dokun ve onceden 180dereceye isitilmis firinda 17-20dk bicak ortasina battiginda temiz cikana kadar pisirin.

Artik sira cupcake kremasini doldurmaya geldi J
Hazirladiginiz Nutella&Labne karisimini sikma aparatinin icine koyup ucundan krema gelinceye kadar sikin. Cupcakelerin ortasina saplayip birazcik disina tasincaya kadar sikin yerken muhtesem olacak soz veriyorum.

Eger seker hamuru ile kaplayacaksaniz bir kahve fincaninin icine bir cay kasigi kahve ekleyip suyla eritin firca yardimiyla seker hamurunun arkasini islatip kekin uzerine yapistirin. Kahve oldukca onemli bir detay seker hamurunun yavan tadini cikolatayla birlesince guzellestiriyor.
Seker hamuru sekillendirmek icin bugday nisastasina ihtiyaciniz olacak nisasta siz merdane ile seker hamurunu acarken yapismayi onler.
Merdane yardimiyla acilan seker hamurlari cupcake’in capi genisliginde bir bardak yada yuvarlak kesme aletleri ile kesilip kahveli su ile cupcake yapistirilir. Bunun disindaki seker hamuru suslemelerini sizin hayal gucunuze birakiyorum.

DIRECTIONS

First of all mix the Nutella and soft cheese together. Process the mixture until smooth and let them cool in refrigerator.
Next mix butter and sugar; Add eggs 1 at a time until combined (it is important to add every egg mix and add second and mix etc.)
Mix all dry ingredients in another pot and pour into butter/sugar/egg mixture.
If the mixture stiff you made it well.
Add milk very slowly, milk makes mixture thick.
Grate the chocolate and add the mixture but mix it with spoon not the mixer.
In this point you made half work of your cupcake.
Pour the mixture into muffin molds. It should 2cm in every each.
Put the molds into pre-heated oven (180 Celsius=350F). Bake until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean, 17 to 20 minutes.

It’s time to fill your cupcakes.
Transfer the Nutella&Soft Cheese mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a small tip. Push the tip gently into the bottom of a cupcake and squeeze in the strawberry mixture until the cupcake plumps. Continue with the remaining cupcakes.

Now you have perfect chocolate cupcakes you may decorate with icing.
Quick tip for icing: In a small saucepan bring the 1/2 cup sugar, water, and vanilla extract to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer until the sugar is dissolved. In a medium bowl combine the vanilla syrup with the confectioner's sugar. Stir until smooth. Working quickly, use a rubber spatula spread the icing on the top of the cupcakes. If the icing begins to firm up, place in the microwave for a few seconds to warm up again.
